There are some excellent selections from the poetry, short fiction, and drama genres in here. Oedipus Rex, Hamlet, Battle Royal, etc. You also have some dogs. Proof, the Red Wheelbarow (and other William Carlos Williams poems). Bottom line, whoever edited this anthology had no idea the amount of books a college student carries around and this one is very large. There's a lot of filler here, so suggestion to Bedford: take out some of the non-essentials to slim down this book. One semester doesn't ...
