I've never purchased any product via internet. I'm from Spain and I was thinking in purchase The 5 Factor Diet becouse here, in my country, there is not. For my susprise, my book costed only around 5$ and the shipping costed around 9$, but i thought my item would arrive more later. The book has arrived in 3 weeks moreless. Amazing!

I love this book! after I had my first child I got harley's first book and lost all the baby weight, it just melted away. my book was totally falling apart because I used it and read it so much that I went to buy a new one and saw he had a new book out and thought I'd try it. I'm so glad I did, He has new fun workouts and a ton of meal ideas. some of his meals sound really strange when you read them but we've liked everything that I've made so far. I am confused as to why the recipes are two servings? Sure, I can split them in half, but I still don't understand it. I agree with others that the book does not give enough info as to how to put your own meals together. How much fat or how many calories per day? I kept looking for this info, could not find it. Seems to me that this book is only good if you do consider it a five week diet.

Product just as described... a smart take on dieting, but not the easiest & most convenient to follow depending on how much you like to prepare meals.

I have just finished two weeks of Harley's program and I have lost 10 lbs. I'm a full time college student and a mother of a toddler and I have found the time to stick to this diet. After eating this way for a while you will know what to eat without the book. I like how you don't have to count anything.
