Certification Summary:
For systems administrators who work with Citrix products. This certification (with a choice of tracks) focuses on the the skills and product knowledge necessary to successfully implement, configure, and administer a Citrix product. The CCA is available for virtually all Citrix product lines. The Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) validates the skills necessary to implement a specific Citrix product. The CCA Platinum is awarded to candidates who demonstrate breadth of knowledge by attaining additional CCAs in the components of the Citrix Platinum products.

Initial requirements:
Most CCA certifications only require you pass one exam ($150), however, some may require you also take one or more eLearning courses ($100) and pass the assessment give at the conclusion of the course.
Training is available for all tracks, but s not required for most.

The CCA Platinum certifications require you pass one core exam and either one or two XenApp Platinum component products exams.

Continuing requirements:
None.
Certification discontinuation and expiration are posted on the Citrix Education website and are announced at least 3 months prior to the discontinuation/expiration date.
