You must hold the CIW Web Security Associate certification to earn the higher-level, CIW Web Security Specialist and CIW Web Security Professional certifications
This certification was formerly called CIW Security Essentials.
Initial requirements:
You must pass the CIW Web Security Associate exam ($150) and accept the CIW Certification Agreement. The exam consists of 62 questions and has a 90 minute time limit. A passing score of 76% is required.
