For voice specialists and networking engineers who specialize in the planning, design, implementation (PDI) and maintenance of Cisco TelePresence deployments. The Cisco TelePresence Solutions Specialist certification focuses on job-performance needs, including: assessing network paths for rich media, evaluating call-control design options and configuring interoperability functions.
Initial requirements:
You must hold a valid CCNA certification. You must then pass the Implementing Cisco TelePresence Solutions examm ($150). The exam consists of 70 - 80 questions and has a 90 minute time limit. Training is available but not required.
Continuing requirements:
Cisco Specialist Certifications are valid for two years. To recertify, take and pass the current version of the required exam(s) or pass a current CCIE written exam.
