For individuals who wish to demonstrate entry-level proficiency with installing and supporting a Cisco Self-Defending Network. Individuals who achieve this certification also meet the National Security Agency (NSA) CNSS 4011 training standard.

You must first hold the CCNA certification. Then you must pass the Securing Cisco Network Devices (SCND) exam ($125).
