Certification Summary:
For individuals who install and maintain multi-service network solutions. Cisco Call Manager Express (CCME), and Cisco Unity Express (CUE) are emphasized in this foundational IP Communications program.
Initial requirements:
You must hold a valid CCNA Voice certification. You must then pass the Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications Advanced exam ($150) and the Cisco Lifecycle Services Express online exam ($65). Training is available but not required.
Continuing requirements:
Certification is valid for two years. To recertify, take and pass the current version of the required exam(s) or pass a current CCIE or CCDE written exam.
