For individuals who install, configure, operate, and maintain a Cisco Unity 4.0 system in both stand-alone voice mail and unified messaging environments and possesses the knowledge and expertise necessary to create a variety of sustainable Cisco Unity design solutions tailored specific customer requirements.
Initial requirements:
You must hold a valid CCDA certification or any CCIE certification. You must then pass the Cisco Unity Design and Networking exam ($150). Training is available but not required.
Continuing requirements:
Certification is valid for two years. To recertify, take and pass the current version of the required exam(s) or pass a current CCIE written exam.
