Certification Summary:
For front line support staff who have knowledge and understanding of help desk and support center operations and act as the primary contact for customers.
Initial requirements:
You must pass the CSA exam ($195). Exams are 75 minutes long and consit of 65 multiple choice questions. A passing score of 80% is required unless otherwise stated. Training is available but not required.
