For individuals who work to improve overall support operations, customer service skills and interpersonal skills in order to improve the customer’s experience.
Initial requirements:
You must pass the DST exam ($145). The exam is 75 minutes long and consists of 65 multiple choice questions. A passing score of 80% is required unless otherwise stated. Training is available but not required.
