Certification Summary:
For individuals who can administer a small to medium-sized site by planning, implementing, maintaining, keeping consistent, securing, and troubleshooting a small mixed (MS, Linux) network, including a: LAN server (samba), Internet Gateway (firewall, proxy, mail, news) and Internet Server (webserver, FTP server).

Initial requirements:
You must hold an active LPIC-1 certification and pass two additional exams covering advanced skills for the Linux professional. Exams are $160 each.

Continuing requirements:
You must recertify within 5 years after receiving your certification designation. To recertify, you must pass all of the current exams that are required for your highest earned certification designation.
