Certification Summary:
For professionals who quickly learn people-oriented management skills to complement their expert knowledge when they are given new leadership responsibility. From facilitating meetings and making better decisions to motivating and empowering your team, frontline managers need a variety of management skills in order to make decisions, increase return on investment and boost productivity.

Initial requirements:
You must successfully complete three core courses plus one elective course and their associated exams. The core course are: Facilitation Skills ($2390), The Art of Coaching ($1800) and either Management Skills ($2790) or Management Skills for an IT Environment ($2790).

The electives to choose from are: Leadership Skills ($2390), Leading Virtual and Remote Teams ($2390), Project Leadership: Building High-Performance Teams ($2790), Influence Skills ($2790), Communication Skills ($2390), Responding to Conflict (2390), Effective Time Management ($1800), Personal Skills for Professional Excellence ($2790), Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving ($2390), MBA Essentials ($3090) and Public Speaking ($2390).

Standard tuition costs are based on the length of the course. Discount tuition packages are available.

The American Council on Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT) has evaluated and recommended college credit for over 200 of Learning Tree's courses. Learning Tree Courses may qualify for your organization's Tuition Reimbursement Programs.
