Initial requirements: certification training requirement

You must first earn OCA certification on this track. In addition, you must pass Exam #1Z1-312 Oracle Application Server 10g: Administration II. You must also complete a hands-on course, either online or in a classroom. A list of qualifying courses is available through this certification's Web site. Prices vary, from about $480 for an online course to $2,500 or more for a classroom course.

Continuing requirements:
Oracle will periodically announce requirements for recertification based on the release of new products and upgrades. You have 6 months after the announcement to recertify.
