Certification Summary:
For individuals who administer, install, configure, troubleshoot, and design wireless network systems. Certifies expertise with 802.11 technology, regardless of which vendor’s equipment is being used. Level 4 of the 4 level Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) program.

Requirements after 12/31/06:
You must pass the CWNA, CWSP, and CWNE exams and complete the application described above. The CWNE exam ($395) includes 70 questions and has a passing score of 70% or better. You must also have a minimum of 3 years of direct full-time professional work experience with enterprise wireless LANs, as well as provide 3 letters of endorsement.

Continuing requirements:
If CWNE certification is earned by the end of 2006, it will be valid for 2 years. If it is earned after that, it will never expire.
