Initial requirements:
You must first provide proof that you hold a vendor-neutral third party security certification from the following list: Security+, CISSP, CPP, CISA, TICSA Certified Security Associate, CIW Security Analyst. You must also pass a Symantec exam on your chosen track ($150). Track choices are: firewall & integrated security appliances, security management, intrusion protection, and virus protection and integrated client security.
Continuing requirements:
Certifications are valid for 24 months and must be renewed prior to expiration to maintain credentials.
