Initial requirements:
Candidates must successfully pass the Symantec Certified Technical Specialist exam ($100) and accept the online certification agreement. The exam consists of 75 questions and has a 90 minute time limit. Training is optional. But to help prepare for the exam, Symantec offers partner candidates access to free self-paced training via PartnerNet and the Partner Learning Center.
