Certification Summary:
For individuals who have knowledge and comprehension of TOGAF and are able to analyze and apply that knowledge.
Initial requirements:
You must either hold a TOGAF Foundation certification and pass the TOGAF Part 2 exam ($320), or you must pass the TOGAF Combined Part 1 and 2 exam ($495).
The TOGAF Part 1 exam consists of 40 questions and has a 60 minute time limit. The TOGAF Part 2 exam is a complex scenario-based exam. The exam is open book, has a 90 minute time limit and consists of 8 questions. The TOGAF Combined Part 1 and 2 exam consists of two sections. Section one requires a passing score of 55%, and section two requires a passing score of 60%.
Individuals who are TOGAF 8 certified and wish to upgrade their certification can take the TOGAF 8 - 9 Advanced Bridge exam ($395). The bridge exam consists of two sections. Each section requires a passing score of 60%.
Continuing requirements:
You must renew your certification every two years by paying a $300 fee.
