This entry level certification offers candidates a general awareness of the key elements of the ITIL Service Lifecycle, including the linkages between Lifecycle stages, the processes used and their contribution to Service Management practices.
Initial Requirements:
You must pass the ITIL foundation exam ($175). The exam is 1 hour long and consists of 40 questions. A passing score of 65% is required. Training is available but not required.
