Initial Requirements:
You must pass 3 exams: SNIA Storage Networking Management/Administration exam ($200), SNIA Architect - Assessment, Planning & Design exam ($200), and CompTIA Storage+ Powered by SNIA exam ($246 - available from CompTIA). Candidates who already passed the SNIA Storage Network Foundations exam can use that instead of Storage+, but the exam is no longer available to new candidates.
You must also complete one of the following SNIA Certification Partner product credentials (prices range from $150- $300): NetApp Certified Data Management Administrator (NCDA); Hitachi Data Systems Certified Professional (HCP); Hitachi Storage Solutions Specialist (Japan); Cisco Data Center Storage Networking Design Specialist; Cisco Data Center Storage Networking Support Specialist; EMC Proven Professional - Specialist Level (EMCST) (EMCSA) (EMCTA)(EMCIE) (EMCCE); ASE - HP StorageWorks; ASE - HP StorageWorks (2005); ASE - HP StorageWorks Nearline Storage; Brocade Certified SAN Manager (BCSM); Brocade Certified Fabric Professional (BCFP) 2010 (#143-070); or LSI SVM Certified Professional.
