ISACA to Offer Free Virtual Conference Focused on IT Risk Management

Schaumburg, Ill. (5 December 2018) — IT risk managers can learn best practices and gain insights about IT risk management without traveling to a conference or classroom by attending an upcoming complimentary Virtual Summit organized by global business technology association ISACA and sponsored by Adobe and ACL.

Virtual Summit: IT Risk Management will take place on 12 December 2018 from 9AM to 1PM CST (3:00PM. to 7:00PM GMT). Attendees have the option of participating in any or all of the three live expert-led presentations and a round-table discussion centered around IT risk management. These sessions will explore the challenges involved in managing IT risk and compliance issues within all sizes of organizations, across all industries, while also supplying solutions for mitigating these risks.

“The landscape of IT risk is constantly changing, so professionals need to remain agile and up-to-date with current best practices and knowledge to perform at a high level and keep their organizations secure,” said Lisa Young, CISA, CISM, ISACA expert, and Vice President, Cyber Risk Engineering at Axio. “ISACA’s Virtual Summits provide these insights and allow participants to advance their knowledge and skills while also engaging with experts and peers in their field.”

Though accessing the Virtual Summit remotely, professionals will have the opportunity to connect with other attendees from around the world and to interact with and ask questions of the experts, all while earning up to four free continuing personal education (CPE) credits and enhancing their professional knowledge.
