Apple Cofounder Steve Wozniak Launches IT Education Venture

Young woman studying onlineIt's a revolutionary era for online education generally, and IT learning in particular. Now one of the men who launched the personal computing boom is setting out to help more people skill up for all of those highly-compensated technology jobs that industry observers keep predicting will be unfilled in the not-too-distant future. Steve Wozniak, the man who founded Apple Computer with Steve Jobs and the brains behind the revolutionary Apple II, has thrust open the doors of his brand new Woz U. The driving aim for Woz U is to educate the next generation of technology workers, and Wozniak has a number of approaches to achieve that end in mind.
