New Java Technology Certification Available from Sun Microsystems
Sun's fifth Java(TM) certification, Sun Business Component Developer for the Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition, is now live. This new title is for developers who design, develop, test and deploy server-side business-tier components and applications using Enterprise JavaBeans(TM) technology. To earn this designation, you must first hold the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java Platform title, plus pass one additional exam. More details on Sun's Web site.
Free MCSD Exam 70-300 Voucher Offer Ends Soon
There are still a few days left get a free voucher to take 70-300: Analyzing Requirements and Defining Microsoft .NET Solution Architectures. The exam must be scheduled and taken by September 30, 2003. Only current MCSDs who are already certified on the Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 track qualify for this free exam offer. MCSA/MCSE on Windows Server 2003 Now Fully Rolled Out
With the recent release of Exams 70-290, 70-291, 70-292, 70-293, 70-294, and 70-296, candidates can now complete all of the requirements to earn MCSA or MCSE certification on Windows Server 2003. The new releases are all core exams, as follows:
- Exam 70-290: Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment
- Exam 70-291: Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure
MCSA Upgrade from Windows 2000 Exam:
- Exam 70-292: Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment for an MCSA Certified on Windows 2000
MCSE Core Exams:
(must be passed in addition to the MCSA core exams) - Exam 70-293: Planning and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure
- Exam 70-294: Planning, Implementing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Infrastructure
MCSE Upgrade from Windows 2000 Exam:
(note: you must also pass MCSA upgrade exam 70-292 to upgrade) - Exam 70-296: Planning, Implementing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment for an MCSE Certified on Microsoft Windows® 2000
