Scoring for CCIE Voice Written Beta Exam Delayed

Cisco has announced that test results for CCIE Voice Written Beta Exam v2.0 (351-030) will be delayed until March 15th due to internal process changes.

New MCITP Exams Go Live

Microsoft recently announced the release of two more exams for the new Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification. The two newly available exams are:

Exam 70-444 PRO: Optimizing and Maintaining a Database Administration Solution by Using SQL Server 2005
Exam 70-443 PRO: Designing a Database Server Infrastructure by Using SQL Server 2005.

Microsoft Certification Hits 1.6 Million Mark

Recently released figures for Microsoft certification counts reveal that a total of 1.6 million certifications have been earned. That includes 27,510 on MCSE for Windows 2003, 43,249 for MCSA on Windows 2003, 272,406 MCSE for Windows 2000 certifications, 153,755 MCSA on Windows 2000, 7,000 MCDSTs, 132,574 MCDBAs, 15,463 MCSDs, and 33,298 MCAD on Microsoft .NET certifications. The Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) Program was established in 1992.

Certification for FileMaker 8 Available

Individuals interested in becoming a FileMaker 8 Certified Developer will be pleased to hear that the testing is now live. The certification exam for professional database developers is available now in 8 languages: English, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Spanish, Swedish and Japanese, and offered through 3,000 Prometric worldwide locations. Citrix Access Gateway 4.1 Certification Coming Soon

A new designation from Citrix: CCA for Citrix Access Gateway 4.1, is slated for release late in the first quarter of 2006. This certification is for individuals who work with Citrix Access Suite 4.0 and administer Citrix Access Gateway 4.1. See the Citrix Website for full details.
